Both of them have evolved to offer better tools for IT staff to use while on the go. For example, a manager can check his email in the office and access data from any computer at home by logging in. He can also access his email in the cloud via internet-connected devices, such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, or netbooks.

The third practice of the managed services provider industry is data security. It is essential for every business to secure their data so that it can be accessed in the event of an emergency. An MSPS will take care of securing sensitive information and ensuring that only the intended recipient has access to it. In addition, an MSPS will also help protect your company against security threats like hacking, malware, and identity theft.

In conclusion, I believe that there are many ways to differentiate between cloud and on-premises CRM vendors. These three examples illustrate some of the differences between the two types of services. An MSPS is usually more focused on applications and data security while an AWS offers both.
